§1 The short version

Rullo Enterprises runs this storefront so you can send mobile top-ups, data, gift cards, and utility bill payments. We do not run our own servers, database, or analytics here, and we never see or store your card details — checkout happens entirely inside a Reloadly widget. In practice, the personal and payment information you enter to complete an order is handled by Reloadly, not by us.

§2 What this policy covers

This policy covers the rulloenterprises.com website. It does not cover Reloadly's own systems, which process the actual transaction, or any third party's website you reach by following a link from here. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.

§3 Payment processing

Checkout runs entirely inside a Reloadly widget embedded on this site. Rullo Enterprises does not collect, see, transmit, or store card numbers, CVVs, or other payment credentials — those go directly to Reloadly and its payment processor. We never have access to them.

§4 Information collected to complete an order

To complete a top-up, gift card, or bill payment, the Reloadly widget collects the information that transaction requires — typically the recipient's mobile number, email address, or account/reference number, along with the payment details you enter. That information is submitted to Reloadly to fulfill your order. Rullo Enterprises does not receive a copy of it and does not maintain any customer database of its own.

§5 Cookies & analytics

Rullo Enterprises does not add its own advertising or analytics cookies to this site, and we do not use third-party tracking or advertising pixels. The embedded Reloadly widget may set cookies or use local storage that are strictly necessary for its checkout to function; those are governed by Reloadly's policy. If we ever add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

§6 Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of third parties:

• Reloadly — powers the storefront, processes every transaction, and handles payment through its own payment processor.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site; loading a font sends a request to Google that includes your IP address, per Google's privacy policy.

We share information with these providers only to the extent needed to display the site and complete the orders you request.

§7 Data retention

Because this site has no backend and no database, Rullo Enterprises does not store your personal or payment information on its own systems. Any transaction data is retained by Reloadly and its payment processor under their own retention practices — see their policies for details.

§8 Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information held about you. Because the transaction data is held by Reloadly rather than by us, requests about a specific order are usually best directed to Reloadly; you can also contact us using the details below and we will help point you to the right place.

§9 Children's privacy

This storefront is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

§10 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
