Rullo Enterprises is the storefront brand of Content Research Group USA Inc. (“we”, “us”), a United States company. We run this storefront so you can send mobile top-ups, data, gift cards, and utility bill payments. We do not run our own servers, database, or analytics here, and we never see or store your card details — payments are processed securely by Stripe. The information you enter to complete an order is used only to fulfill that order through our distribution partners; we don't keep a copy.

§2 What this policy covers

This policy covers the rulloenterprises.com website, operated by Content Research Group USA Inc. under the Rullo Enterprises trade name. It does not cover the systems of our payment processor (Stripe) or our distribution partners, which carry out the actual transaction, or any third party's website you reach by following a link from here. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.

§3 Payment processing

Payments on this storefront are processed securely by Stripe. Rullo Enterprises does not collect, see, transmit, or store card numbers, CVVs, or other payment credentials — those go directly to Stripe. We never have access to them.

§4 Information collected to complete an order

To complete a top-up, gift card, or bill payment, we collect the information that transaction requires — typically the recipient's mobile number, email address, or account/reference number, along with the payment details you enter. That information is used to fulfill your order through our payment processor and distribution partners. Rullo Enterprises does not maintain a customer database of its own.

§5 Cookies & analytics

Rullo Enterprises does not add its own advertising or analytics cookies to this site, and we do not use third-party tracking or advertising pixels. The checkout may set cookies or use local storage that are strictly necessary for it to function. If we ever add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

§6 Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of third parties:

• Stripe — securely processes the card payments made on this storefront.
• Our distribution partners — fulfill the top-ups, gift cards, and bill payments you order.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site; loading a font sends a request to Google that includes your IP address, per Google's privacy policy.

We share information with these providers only to the extent needed to display the site and complete the orders you request.

§7 Data retention

Because this site has no backend and no database, Rullo Enterprises does not store your personal or payment information on its own systems. Any transaction data is retained by our payment processor and distribution partners under their own retention practices — see their policies for details.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information held about you. Because order and payment data is held by our payment processor and distribution partners rather than by us, requests about a specific order are usually best directed to them; you can also contact us using the details below and we'll help point you to the right place.

This storefront is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
